The Noblesville City Comprehensive Plan references a desire for “diverse housing types with interconnectivity to the built environment.”  The neighborhood development achieves this desire.

The development would provide a unique park for the residence of Noblesville and Hamilton County that will facilitates interactions among users with nature. All while creating placemaking opportunities, increasing connectivity to multiple nearby trail systems and preserving the small-town charm while adding beautified streets and enhanced landscaping.
